Sacred Gold Mods
- Right click the game shortcut and click Properties.
- Click browse local files.
- Find the executable named “Config.exe” and enable “32 Bit Color Depth”.
- For this magic to be working download the file “dgVoodoo2_55_5.zip” from “Downloads” tab.
- Extract the zip file and move 3 files that are inside the “MS” folder into your game main directory.
- Execute the “dgVoodooSetup.exe”. Click “Add” on the top-right then select Sacred main game folder.
- Now go to the “Appearance” tab and set the “Scaling Mode” to “Stretched, 4:3 Aspect Ratio” or “Centered” or another one. Just try them out for your liking.
- Go to the “DirectX” tab then set the “VRAM” to the maximum value your graphic card can support.
- Select the resolution you want to play under “Resolution” setting.
- You can optionally check “Force bilinear filtering”, “Force linear mip filtering”, “Force vSync”, select “Antialiasing (MSAA)” or other options for extra enhancements. They can improve the looks but they can also cause some graphical artifacts. Just try them for your liking”.
- Under the “Miscellanneus” disable “dgVoodoo Watermark”
- Finally click “Apply” and “OK”.
- Run the game and enjoy!
- As a final note if you are fan of retro games i strongly suggest that you buy a quality CRT monitor. You will be destroyed by how amazing these games looks on it!

About This File
Veteran Mod is balance modification for Sacred 1 v2.28 (I don't know why noone uploaded this before).
Changes:
1. Greatly increased health of all enemies and expirience gained from them (around 6 times).
2. All dragons, Anducar and Forest God greatly strengtened (especially health and resistances).
Sacred 2 Gold Edition Mods
Installing: Put all files in game folder. For playing with Veteran Mod just run 'veteranmod.cmd' - it replace original balance files with modified balance files and then start game. Don't close 'veteranmod.cmd' because after exit game it return back original balance files and then closes on its own.
For playing original Sacred just run Sacred.exe as ususally.
