The Movies is an innovative economic game in which we can become a beginner film producer, and our main goal will be to create our own film empire. In the campaign mode, we will build buildings, make decisions about hiring actors as well as unite critics or take care of advertising. The game is very complex and has a very 'sims-like' graphics that are pleasing to the eye. In the game, we will not only take care of the economic aspects of the game, but also we will be able to influence every stage of the film making by deciding, e.g. how much violence, romanticism or realism should be in given scenes. After finishing the production, we will be able to see our work in the form of a real, though short film. In addition to normal decisions in the field of studio functioning, we also have cool randomly constructed events and a large dose of humor. We can play both the campaign mode and use the sandbox mode which will allow us to choose the period (from 1920 to 2020) in which we will be able to create your dream movie.
